HOUSE RULES
We want all our guests to sleep well so they can enjoy the city, work with focus, or party the next day. Therefore, we have rules that apply to everyone. Violating these rules may result in us unilaterally terminating your accommodation contract. We appreciate your understanding. Please be considerate of one another!
- Strictly prohibited: smoking, vaping and drug use.
- Sleep inside, party outside! Between 10 pm and 7 am, we place particular importance on our guests' sleep. Therefore, parties, racing, and gatherings are not permitted on the floors or in public areas.
- The hotel rooms are exclusively for overnight stays. Any commercial use, in particular operating a business or providing services (e.g., undeclared work), is prohibited. Subletting is not permitted!
- The maximum occupancy of the booked room category must not be exceeded. No friends or family are allowed in the room after 10:00 PM.
- Deliveries from outside: Deliveries must be collected on the ground floor. Access to the hallways on each floor is not permitted for strangers or third parties.
- Any tampering with safety devices such as fire alarms is prohibited.
- Charging e-bikes or e-scooters at the hotel is prohibited for insurance reasons.
- Please check out by 11 a.m. at the latest.
